Full Description: The Viking C4 Outdoor Cooker is constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel for a sleek exterior, along with a thick ceramic interior providing a sturdy canopy. The Viking C4 charcoal grill also provides precise temperature control combined with Elliptical airflow allowing a variety of cooking functions. The ceramic interior provides maximum heat retention, resulting in faster cooking times and locked in flavor. The Viking C4 grill features a 315 sq inch porcelain coated grilling surface, a centrally located thermometer, dampers for precise temperature control and includes ash tool for easy clean up. The heavy duty stainless steel stand provides a stable platform for Viking C4 grill and takes up a minimal amount of space.
