Three cookers in one, the Saffire Kamado style charcoal grill and smoker is constructed of ceramic and can achieve intense heat for searing, low, even temperatures for slow smoking, and excellent heat retention for use as an oven. The Saffire Kamado style grills offer an 18 inch cooking grid, a cast stainless steel damper that allows for adjustment of airflow and grill temperature, and also a hinged access door in the stainless steel cooking grid provides access to the fire and allows you to add or adjust charcoal quickly and easily. Whether you are a championship bbq competitor or simply a novice smoking enthusiast, you will achieve some of the most exceptional results possible on any Saffire barbecue available today.
