Jack Daniels World Cookoff

The Jack Daniels Distillery is one of the oldest registered distilleries in the United States and it is on the National Register of Historic places. The distillery is where the world-famous Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey, Gentleman Jack Rare Tennessee Whiskey, Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Tennessee Whiskey and Jack Daniel's Country Cocktails are made.

Primo Grills and Smokers, for the fourth straight year, was the major grill sponsor for the 2011 Jack Daniel's Barbecue Competition. Primo helped host the famous "Party on Barbecue Hill" for the cook teams, sponsors, media, and VIP guests.

This year, Chef Tony was invited to the event to cook several recipes on the Primo grill. Chef developed these recipes himself and cooked everything from breakfast sausage to cheesecake on the primo grill to demonstrate the versatility of the kamado grill.
